UBeMLS – Real Estate Collaboration Technology Platform
In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable provisions in the United Mexican States, this Comprehensive Privacy Notice is hereby issued:
I. Identity and Address of the Data Controller
UBeMLS (hereinafter, the “Platform” or the “Data Controller”) is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through its real estate collaboration technology platform, with legal domicile in the United Mexican States for all applicable legal purposes.
II. Personal Data Collected
UBeMLS may collect and process the following categories of data:
a) Broker / advisor data
- Full name

- Photograph
- Professional information
- Operational activity within the Platform
b) Property information
- Technical property data
- Ubicación
- Photographs
- Price and commercial terms
- Commission structures
- Marketing status
- History and traceability
c) End-customer data (registered by each advisor)

- Dirección de correo electrónico
- Real estate interests
- Commercial follow-up
- Internal notes
III. Purposes of Processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To operate the Platform under a SaaS model.
- To enable collaboration and co-brokering.
- To manage shared inventory.
- To generate metrics, reports, and historical records.
- To manage profiles and access permissions.
- To comply with contractual and legal obligations.
IV. Collaborative Nature and Internal Visibility
The user acknowledges that UBeMLS operates as a collaborative professional network.
Accordingly:
- Information related to properties, technical sheets, commercial terms, commissions, and operational activity will be visible to other brokers or advisors registered within the Platform.
- Such information shall be considered public within the internal UBeMLS ecosystem.
The publication of properties implies consent for their viewing by other active members.
V. Confidential Information
The following shall not be public or visible to other users:
- Information recorded in the internal “Clients” section.
- Personal data of end customers.
- Private commercial follow-up history.
- Strategic internal notes.
UBeMLS will implement reasonable administrative and technological security measures for its protection.
VI. Responsibility for Shared Information
When a user shares information through:
- Links,
- Downloads,
- Exports,
- External communications,
Responsibility for any subsequent use outside the Platform shall rest exclusively with the person who receives and uses such information.
UBeMLS shall not be liable for any improper use by third parties outside the technological environment.
VII. Data Retention
Information will be retained while:
- The user maintains an active profile.
- There is an active contractual relationship.
- Legal obligations are fulfilled.
UBeMLS will maintain property history and traceability as long as the profile remains active and in good standing.
VIII. Transfers
No transfers will be made to third parties unrelated to the technological operation, except where required by law or with the express consent of the data subject.
IX. ARCO Rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection by means of a formal request submitted through UBeMLS’s official contact channel.
X. Amendments
UBeMLS may amend this Notice to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Updates will be published within the Platform.
XI. Consent
Use of the Platform implies express acceptance of this Notice and understanding of the collaborative model.
