Born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, raised in Mexico City, and established in Holland, Michigan for over three decades, Ernesto brings a unique binational perspective to real estate. His career began in 1997, driven by strong family values, hard work, and a deep belief that real estate should be fair, accessible, and agent-driven.

Ernesto is the founder of UBeMLS, a next-generation multiple listing system created to remove costly monopolies, return control of listings to agents, and provide modern tools that truly support their success. UBeMLS is designed by agents, for agents—focused on efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth.

In addition to UBeMLS, Ernesto has founded and led multiple companies across the United States and Mexico, including real estate, valuation, and financial services firms. His expertise spans:
